An Update to Our Weekend Hours

In previous years, we resumed Sunday hours after Labor Day. This year, we have decided to remain closed on Sundays.​
We will continue to offer appointments on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Billing Changes

To help us continue to provide the utmost patient care, calls or messages may be charged a fee based on time to resolve and complexity. Appointments after 5 pm, on the weekends, or on holidays will be charged a fee of $35.

Sick Appointments

For sick patient appointments, please wear a mask and call upon arrival for check in. Once ready, a nurse will meet you at the side entrance.

After-hours Calls

​For urgent medical concerns after hours, please call the main clinic line at 503.635.3743 to be connected with Nurse Triage. The nurse triage team can provide medical guidance and help determine next steps for care.

Prescription refills, appointment scheduling, and non-urgent questions should be addressed during regular business hours.

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
