Meet Dr. Musselman

Raising and growing strong children and families takes time, dedication, and love. My love for my family and children is the basis for all that I do as a pediatrician to support parents and their youngsters through all the ages and stages of development. It’s a joy to play a doctor’s role in providing healthcare based on rigorous academic and scientific discovery, offering comprehensive care for every child, with a determination to nurture their best physical, mental, and social health and well-being. It’s also nice being their doctor and part of a team that’s always there and genuinely cares about them. ​

I am a native of the Windy City of Chicago, and then for many years I was a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Champaign-Urbana. During COVID, I served as a Pediatrician for refugees from Central America and Afghanistan prior to relocating here to Portland to practice Pediatric Urgent Care for Legacy and ultimately to join Olson Pediatrics.

I enjoy walks and hikes with my German Shepherd, time with family and friends, and running.
