Meet NP Sherry
From an early age, I gravitated toward working with children—coaching gymnastics, helping in daycare centers, and volunteering as a youth camp counselor. After college, this naturally led me to bedside nursing in pediatric oncology, an experience that became the foundation for my clinical skills, empathy, and desire to advance my practice. It is truly an honor to partner with families to support their children’s physical and mental health. I believe the best care happens through compassionate, informed, family-centered collaboration, and I strive to bring that approach to every patient encounter.

I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri–Columbia at the Sinclair School of Nursing. I began my nursing career in 2001 at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, where I worked as a bedside pediatric RN. During my time there, I completed the additional training and education required to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Following my certification, my husband and I relocated to the Pacific Northwest with our young family. Since 2011, I have been practicing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in both primary care and pediatric urgent care settings. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and supporting children and their families through every stage of growth and wellness.
